With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add a Security Operations Field Manager to join us team in NYC.

For this role, you will have to be available 24/7 to manage the team but 9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday in the field.

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Security Operations Field Manager tooversee supervision and operations of the Field Operations Program. As the Security Operations Field Manager, you will take charge of day-to-day operations, lead a team of security professionals, and ensure top-notch safety protocols are followed to protect our customers, staff, and property.

Essential Job Duties

• Daily Oversight: Supervise Shift Supervisors and Field Inspectors, ensuring proper staffing and professional attire standards are maintained.
• Scheduling & Payroll: Manage weekly scheduling and payroll for the Field Operations Program.
• Field Operations Management : Assign schedules and Field Menus to team members, update them with new accounts, dispatch supervisors to client incidents, and ensure inspectors are assigned to emergencies. Collaborate with the VP of Operations for client satisfaction and train supervisors for emergency responses. Provide on-site management for training, incident investigation, and reporting.
• Training & Compliance: Ensure training for supervisors and inspectors on inspection procedures, incident reporting, company vehicle use, alarm response, and Narcan procedures.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Vice President of Operations

Position Requirements

• Retired Law Enforcement
• NYS Armed Security License
• Ability to carry a firearm in the five (5) Boroughs of NYC
• Minimum Five (5) Years of Management/Supervisory Experience
• Valid New York State Driver’s License
• Valid CPR-AED certification is a plus.
• Must be able to conduct an investigation and prepare investigation report
• Must be able to clear Client Background Check process.
• Must be able to possess FDNY Certifications (F-01, F-02, F-03, F-04)
• Must be able to clear Background Process for Federal TWIC Card

Travel required- 80% travel, 20% in office.

The expected hiring range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location.
