Project Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager with a background in the apparel industry to manage custom clothing orders from initial concept to final delivery. This role will act as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring that each project is delivered with precision, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in apparel production planning and decoration techniques such as screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, sublimation , and more. Success in this position requires thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Primary Duties

• Act as the key communication link between clients, designers, and production teams.
• Lead clients through apparel planning by recommending product and decoration options that align with their goals.
• Review and confirm design elements including artwork, color, sizing, placement, and decoration method.
• Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Track project progress from order kickoff through completion, coordinating across all departments.
• Uphold strict quality assurance standards to ensure the finished product aligns with client expectations.
• Identify and resolve challenges early to keep projects on track.
• Maintain thorough project records, including updates, notes, and reporting data.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the apparel sector, especially with customized or decorated garments.
• In-depth knowledge of garment decoration techniques such as embroidery, screen printing, sublimation , and heat press .
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and build client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools and platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a high-energy, deadline-focused environment with shifting priorities.
