Order Fulfillment Associate – Trading Card Researcher

 

Pay: $15/hour
Hours: 30–40 hours per week

 

Degree Grading is hiring a Order Fulfillment Associate – Trading Card Researcher to support our card grading operation. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, loves sports or trading cards, and can stay focused in a fast-paced startup environment.

You’ll help ensure each card is accurately identified before it’s encapsulated, working alongside a team that values accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Trading Card Identification: Research and verify each card’s release year, brand, set, parallel, and player name.

• Tagging & Labeling: Assign specialty tags and details used in final printed labels.

• Quality Review: Double-check accuracy of research.

• Strong attention to detail — accuracy is critical in our process.

• Ability to learn fast and retain information about different sports, sets, and manufacturers.

• Reliable and consistent work ethic; show up, stay focused, and support your team.

• Comfortable with repetitive, task-based work in a heads-down environment.

• Interest or familiarity with sports or trading cards is a major plus.
