Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials and Supply Chain. This role requires deep hands-on experience in integrations, data conversions, customizations, extensions, and reporting within Oracle ERP Cloud. You'll work closely with functional teams to design and deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions that address critical business needs, including financial reporting challenges and system alignment issues.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You'll provide comprehensive technical expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle, working collaboratively across functional and business teams:

  • Provide hands-on technical expertise in interfaces, data conversions, customizations, extensions, and reporting within Oracle ERP Cloud
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RICEW components (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows)
  • Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools
  • Develop and manage FBDI/ADFdi templates and execute data conversion activities from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud
  • Create and maintain custom reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View, and support dashboards and analytics
  • Perform technical impact analysis for enhancements, patches, and Oracle quarterly updates
  • Support system configuration, environment setup, and deployment across development, test, UAT, and production environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customizations, integrations, and performance
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle-recommended implementation methodologies (AIM, OUM, Unified Method)
  • Provide support during SIT, UAT, and go-live phases, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

Required Experience/Skills

  • Oracle ERP Cloud Experience : 5+ years in Oracle ERP technical roles, with at least 4+ years working with Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials/SCM/Procurement)
  • Technical Expertise : Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PaaS extensions, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST and SOAP web services, BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI, and OCI setup
  • Development Skills : Proficiency in PL/SQL, APIs, Oracle database programming, and UI Development (VBS, Apex)
  • Data Management : Demonstrated experience with data migrations and data loads using FBDI, HDL, and CSV-based uploads
  • Business Process Knowledge : Technical understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud business flows such as O2C (Order-to-Cash), RTR (Record-to-Report), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), PTM, and Tax
  • Integration Architecture : Solid understanding of integration patterns and data flow between Oracle ERP Cloud and third-party systems
  • Cloud Infrastructure : Familiarity with Oracle Cloud infrastructure, security (roles and privileges), and environment management
  • Implementation Experience : End-to-end implementation and support experience as an Oracle ERP Technical Consultant
  • Soft Skills : Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Exposure to PTM (Product Transformation & Manufacturing) and MNT (Maintenance) modules
  • Experience supporting Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) integrations
  • Previous experience with large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations
  • Certification in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Oracle ERP Cloud

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred

  • Pay Rate : $55 - $60/hour W2 (flexibility available for exceptionally qualified candidates)
