We are looking for a PART TIME detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Waltham, Massachusetts. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with a strong background in financial management and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and a proven ability to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

PART TIME - 6 Hours per week!!

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including daily bookkeeping tasks.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

• Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage and track financial data effectively.

• Generate financial reports and summaries for management review.

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve accounting issues.

• Assist in preparing documentation for audits and other financial reviews.

• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience with a focus on attention to detail.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for working with team members and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices.
• A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
