Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and visually appealing textile designs for home décor items, including rugs, pillows, and throw blankets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator, to create high-quality designs.

• Adapt design concepts to align with the latest industry trends and consumer preferences.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Maintain consistency across designs while exploring creative options for new collections.

• Ensure all designs are prepared for production with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Conduct research to stay updated on emerging trends in textile design and home décor.

• Work closely with stakeholders to incorporate their feedback into final designs.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual design, preferably in textile or home décor.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong graphic design skills with a focus on textile prints and patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to create designs that are both functional and visually appealing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with textile materials and production processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality work consistently.
