CACI is seeking an experienced Telecom Engineer (Journeyman level) to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES) contract. Responsibilities include applying expertise to complex work assignments related to USSOUTHCOM's Executive Communications Services (ECS), managing and supporting base telecommunication services, monitoring and troubleshooting network and server systems, assisting in resolving technical issues in secure and non-secure voice services, participating in project planning and execution for complex IT initiatives, providing Tier 3 field engineer services, contributing to lifecycle management of IT applications, and demonstrating flexibility to work during non-standard hours and in various locations including austere environments. Qualifications required are US citizenship with active secret clearance, a bachelor's degree in IT or related field, relevant certifications in telecommunications, 3-5 years of experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
