A Technology & Solutions Consulting Recruiter is a member of the recruiting team focusing on hiring our top talent, serving as a primary recruiting point of contact for a variety of teams, and will have significant influence and impact over the delivery of recruiting services to our clients.

• Perform full life cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, offer management and onboarding) for a wide array of hard-to-fill roles in the technology sector
• You must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize.

• Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levels and develop sophisticated closing strategies.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
• Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
• Contribute to business development efforts through quick turn proposal recruitment and capture activities.
Required Skills:
• 1+ years of technical recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the client.
• Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
• Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
• Demonstrated ability to be self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Serve as a mentor to junior members of the team.
• Leverage innovative ideas and approaches, utilize applicant tracking system (ATS), social media outlets, resume databases and professional networks to help build talent pipelines for hiring goals.
• Job Description editing and content writing.
• Lead training for new hires utilizing marketing and sourcing tools – primarily recruiters and new recruiting coordinators.
• Assist in vendor management for contracts and license usage.
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 1+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience using online sourcing techniques
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
