As a Tasting Room Associate, you’ll be in a frontline customer interaction role that is key to providing each visitor to the brewery with a positive experience. We are busy all year, and our friendly team works hard to make every guest feel welcome. Your day will include: greeting visitors and checking identification; pouring beer and answering questions; clearing tables and preparing tables for next guests; cleaning and stocking glassware; straightening merchandise areas; stocking the beer cooler; touring guests behind the scenes; supporting our tasting experiences at The Cellars; working events as-needed; and generally being friendly and approachable to the diverse guests we welcome from all over the US and beyond.

Essential is the ability to be calm and pleasant in a busy, fast-paced environment, maintain a professional attitude toward serving beer, and the ability to effectively communicate with different types of customers and coworkers. Retail and/or hospitality experience is a strong plus. Adaptability to change is needed as we continue to evolve our service model and safety protocols. Employee safety is paramount at Allagash.
This job is physical in nature: you will be on your feet most of the day and some bending and lifting is required. This is a year-round, full-time position (40 hours/week); evenings and weekend shifts are required.
