Vaco LA is working with a client in the Healthcare Nonprofit industry who is looking for a Sr. Client Experience Manager to help support all day to day Client/Customer operations. Has the Client Experience manager key responsibilities will include, providing support to client success team, enhancing engagement and reputation of company through site performance, and ensure clients have a positive experience. This opportunity is located in Hollywood and will be in the office at a hybrid scheudle, 3 days a week. This opportunity is looking to pay between 70k-81k on a direct hire basis.

Job Specifications; 

• Coordinator client engagement and client experience 
• Supervisors and train internal staff for all client engagement 
• Build and maintain online reputation 
• Coordinate client facing marketing material
• 5 plus years of Client Experience managment experience required for role 
• Experience supervising and training a team 
• Experience working in the healthcare or non profit industry highly preferred
• Bachelors Degree preferred

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
