This role isnt about filling reqs, its about driving results. Were looking for a recruiter who brings rigor, clarity, and momentum to every search. Someone who can zero in on signal, coach hiring partners through ambiguity, and deeply understand the technical and business context behind the roles they support. Youll be joining a Talent Acquisition team that takes the responsibility of accelerating business results very seriously - and were looking for strong operators who want to set a new standard.

The salary range for this position is $112,000 - $180,000 per hour. Auroras pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
