The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative, learner-centered training solutions that align with business priorities. This role partners with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create impactful learning experiences that drive performance and engagement.

Additional Details:

  • Conduct needs analysis and performance consulting to identify learning gaps
  • Design and develop innovative and engaging learning solutions aligned with business priorities and objectives
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather content and validate learning outcomes
  • Develop and maintain learning materials, paths, and course frameworks
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback to ensure clarity, usability, engagement, and business impact
  • Support change management and communication strategies through learning
  • Design and develop engaging learning solutions and materials aligned with business objectives
  • Stay current with instructional design best practices, trends, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Adult learning theory and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
  • Learning experience design (LxD) principles
  • eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Agile, Adobe Captivate)
  • Learning Management Systems (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone)
  • Learning analytics and data-driven design
  • Experience with multimedia content creation (video, audio, graphics)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education or related field required
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD) preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training
  • Experience designing for diverse audiences and delivery formats (e.g., eLearning, ILT, VILT, blended)
