Third Shift (Overnight)

Looking for a friendly individual to fill our full-time opening. Must be available third shift, 11 PM to 7 AM. Must be available weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information.
• Perform safety functions in a courteous and calm manner
• Observe and identify potential safety risks or undesirable conditions
• Thorough knowledge of the layout of the building, function rooms, and some knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.
• Accurately and thoroughly complete security reports
• Answer security calls and respond in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must possess a High school diploma or equivalent. And, any other combination of education, training or experience that provides additional safety and security insight.
• Prior law enforcement or security background.
• Ability to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions for duration of shift.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders at a rapid pace.
• Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances between and within buildings on the property.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check

Job Type: Full-time
