Position: School Behavior Aide
Location: California (school sites)
Compensation: $24 $26/hour (W2 Contract)
Overview:
The district is seeking School Behavior Aides to provide direct support to students with behavioral and social-emotional needs. Under the direction of school staff, aides assist in implementing behavior plans, promoting positive student engagement, and supporting a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Duties:
Support students individually or in small groups.
Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed.
Assist with classroom participation and regulation.
Maintain accurate records and collaborate with staff.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with children preferred.
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism.
Must meet all California school clearance/background requirements.
Schedule & Pay:
$24$26 per hour, W2 contracted position.
Follows the school-day calendar.
