We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support specialist to join our team in Irvine, California. This Contract to permanent position involves providing administrative and operational assistance to senior sales leadership and the broader sales team, ensuring seamless coordination and support for various sales processes. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Assist senior sales leadership with booking new projects, coordinating travel arrangements, and scheduling customer meetings and events.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and running sessions.
• Generate and maintain accurate sales reports and utilize tools to support sales operations.
• Collaborate with the sales and estimating teams to process requests, maintain calendars, and prepare proposals for delivery.
• Ensure estimating requests are received, processed, and tracked efficiently.
• Manage communication between sales representatives and estimating teams to streamline project workflows.
• Provide logistical support for executive staff on various projects.
• Maintain and update relevant systems and tools to ensure the accuracy of sales data.
• Support customer service efforts, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses.
• Uphold a high level of organization and thoroughness in all administrative tasks.• At least 2 years of experience as a coordinator, preferably in a construction or contractor environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as tools like Adobe and Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, and experience managing related tasks.
• Strong multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining a high level of organization.
• Knowledge of Photoshop is preferred.
• Comfortable with occasional physical demands such as sitting, standing, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
