Position is 100% remote
RN Oncology Abstractor PAY RATE: $40.00 per hour
RN Oncology Abstractor HOURS: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
RN Oncology Abstractor Job Description:
· Clinical Chart Abstraction for Oncology services
· Accurately and efficiently conduct medical review/abstraction services
· Accurately abstract information from the electronic medical record into the electronic data capture tool.
· Complete quality, accuracy and inter-rater reliability testing as requested in a timely manner.
· Perform quality review on work completed by the other data abstractors
· Abide by all HIPAA and associated patient confidentiality requirements
RN Oncology Abstractor Required Skills:
· Oncology experience required
· Clinical abstraction experience required
· Must be proficient in navigating through EHR databases.
· Excellent computer skills
· ASN / BSN / MSN required
RN Oncology Abstractor Preferred Skills:
· Oncology abstraction experience highly preferred
