Requirements for Research and Writing Litigation Attorney (Contract and Remote): 5+ years of legal experience in litigation Strong writing and motion practice skills Experience handling research and motions related to cases venued in federal and California state court Licensed in California Excellent academic credentials Outstanding references Position Details for Research and Writing Litigation Attorney (Contract and Remote): Type of role: Engagement Schedule: At least 30 hours per week (on average) Location: Remote (anywhere in the United States but must be California licensed) Compensation: The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
