Your Responsibilities * Use our exclusive platform along with your personal network to source potential healthcare candidates

* Organize meetings between candidates and recruiters for in-depth evaluations

* Ensure accurate records in our applicant tracking system
* Earn commission based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads
