What You'll Be Doing:
Conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations of elderly patients
Creating customized treatment plans for conditions like depression, anxiety, dementia, and more
Managing and prescribing psychotropic medications
Collaborating with a team of physicians, therapists, and social workers
Providing crisis intervention and support to families and caregivers
Tracking patient progress and making meaningful care adjustments
Building real relationships with patients that go beyond the chart
Who You Are:
A Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Passionate about serving the senior community
Experienced and licensed for at least 1 year
Skilled at working independently AND in team settings
A great communicator who leads with empathy and heart
