POSITION SUMMARY

A highly organized and results-driven Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within our heat exchange manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for overseeing complex customer programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of industrial equipment production.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Program Leadership: Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple manufacturing programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, production, procurement, quality, and sales teams to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Timeline & Budget Management: Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource plans; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Customer Engagement: Strategic customers point of contact for program status, changes, and deliverables.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve program management processes and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate program documentation and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure programs adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality requirements.
  • Project Manager Oversite: Manage multiple project managers across multiple product lines.
  • All other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)

  • Have project management skills for leading and organizing projects, providing progress tracking reports as directed, and coaching others to perform on cross-functional teams at a high level.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality systems.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as an effective manager.
  • Ability to delegate and manage resources to produce efficient and quality results.
  • ERP system knowledge.
  • Familiar and knowledgeable with budgets and financial statements.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team building and training skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, including working in a matrix environment.
  • Be flexible with change and be able to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)

  • BA or BS degree (Masters preferred) in a technical or business field.
  • Must have experience in a functional supervisory position
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with data centers.
