Overview

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally, friendly, and confidently via video and audio tools.

What You Need

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role using our state-of-the-art video communication software, with documentation of interactions for accurate records.
