As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for business engagement and/ technical product management of multiple products for an enterprise Partnership & Content team supporting Sales & Legal business groups. This role requires a deep understanding of the Sales Cloud (Salesforce) ecosystem to effectively manage and shape the product development roadmap for your assigned suite of products. You will play a key role on a team that drives significant revenue and growth. You will be part of a cross-functional team and collaborate from product conceptualization through development and commercialization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience supporting business and technical teams in the delivery of business-critical systems and solutions with process management and improvement within Engineering, Architecture, or Product teams
• Ability to communicate with transparency to both technical and non-technical individuals

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives, priorities, and strategic goals, adhering to best practices.
• Drive the KAM(Key Account Management) Salesforce system product evolution by managing its feature roadmap and prioritizing impactful capabilities for the business.
• Collaborate with the business to prioritize KAM feature requests and drive the product roadmap.
• Ensure clear requirements, efficient technology processes, and a streamlined software development lifecycle.
• Plan and manage project execution, communicate milestones and challenges, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison, collaborating with business users to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application queries, ensuring optimal system utilization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and technical leaders to identify optimal solutions that drive client success.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between technical teams (e.g., Salesforce Technology Team, Security) and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on system capabilities and changes.
• Ensure precision and clarity by fully documenting product features in JIRA, prioritization and complete with measurable acceptance criteria.
