Job Title: Process Operator

Salary Range: $55,000 - $62,000

The referenced pay range is based on Pixelligent’s good faith belief at the time of posting. Final salary and compensation will vary based on factors such as work experience, market and business conditions, education, degree level, training and skill level with consideration for internal equity. The Process Operator aids the Manufacturing and Engineering teams in accomplishing technical goals. In this role, you will:

Pixelligent Technologies is a leading advanced materials manufacturer of specialty chemicals for various industries, such as display, AR/VR, and optical device and sensor applications.

Job Requirements

· Operate manufacturing equipment.

· Perform documented laboratory chemical processes.

· Provide technical support and assistance to chemists and engineers.

· Produce and record accurate data for research and development projects.

· Input data into computer databases.

· Follow written procedures to perform essential maintenance on equipment.

· Handle drum quantities of process solvents and process waste solvents.

· Meet laboratory safety, sample labeling, and housekeeping requirements.

· Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Visual acuity to read instructions and operate machines
• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.

Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• One (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing or laboratory environment
