Job Description
Lovdal Electronics is a small, family-owned company based in Saint Paul that has served the Twin Cities for over 30 years. We’re currently seeking a dependable Power Limited Technician to join our team for field work focused on:
IP camera system troubleshooting (i-PRO)
Structured cabling (Cat6, fiber, patch panels)
Network switch and PoE troubleshooting
Service work for Metro Transit and commercial sites
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A valid Minnesota PLT license (or willingness to obtain)
Strong experience in field service, IP camera systems, or structured cabling
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot in the field
Reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided later)
Clean and professional communication with clients
What We Offer:
$25–$30 per hour starting pay
Flexible, part-time hours (some weeks lighter, some heavier but should be at least 20-30 per week.)
