What You’ll Do:
Own the calendar, schedule meetings, and communications.
Manage projects and priorities across multiple businesses
Troubleshoot tech and optimize workflows using Google Workspace, Zoom, and more.
Handle confidential information with discretion
Be ready to respond via phone/text for urgent matters
Who You Are:
2-4 years supporting an entrepreneur
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
Assertive, proactive, and confident — you get things done before being asked
Highly organized and detail-oriented with multiple priorities in play
