NAAG provides innovative, legal skills training and resources to support the evolving needs of attorney general offices. NAAG delivers training courses in various formats: in person and online, live and on-demand, utilizing both experiential (learn- by-doing) and instructional learning. We are looking for a Online Learning Manager (OLM) to join our team. The Job Brief: The OLM will take the lead in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective online courses. It is important to note that this role does not involve managing a team; you will be the sole driver and developer of all online learning projects, collaborating closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) for content creation and acquisition, and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of online learning best practices and experience designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective online courses.
