Our client, a leading medical practice, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. MUST have prior medical office receptionist experience. 

Job Title: Medical Receptionist

Location: Marquette, MI

Pay Range: $17.00 per Hour

What's the Job?

• Be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly, taking messages for providers and staff as appropriate.
• Schedule appointments and procedures efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area while managing data entry and sorting incoming medical records.

What's Needed?

• Required: experience as a medical receptionist.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
