\n Schedule: Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5:00pm, Hybrid (3 days onsite)
\n Length: Long term position
\n Payrate: $30 per hour 
\n 
\nThe Marketing Support Coordinator will be responsible for oversight and management of each of the Business Units collateral/literature programs, and the business requirements related to these programs.  This role will be instrumental in defining and sharing the collateral/literature processes related to our field personnel and vendors. 
\n
\nResponsibilities:\n

    \n\t
  • Establish and maintain business rules between the Company and third-party vendors\n\t
  • Proactively review current business rules and processes related to Collateral/Literature and OTC distribution\n\t
  • Identify areas of improvement in all Collateral/Literature and OTC programs\n\t
  • Document and submit change requests related to product setup in internal and external systems (i.e., in CRM/Veeva)\n\t
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales and Sample Operations team members to coordinate Collateral/Literature and OTC shipments and orders\n\t
  • Monitor Collateral/Literature and OTC distribution data and escalate issues/suggestions for improvements to the Executive Director, Commercial Operations & Analytics, or designee\n\t
  • Ensure vendors have roster updates and are informed of roster process changes\n\t
  • Review and assist in modifying the new hire process for best practices and efficiencies\n\t
  • Review New Item Request Forms (NIRFs) to ensure accuracy and completeness\n\t
  • Review and Process Exception approvals daily\n\t
  • Review, format, and distribute inventory reports to internal stakeholders weekly\n\t
  • Act as a point person of escalation for stakeholders, identify issues, root causes, and corrective actions\n\t
  • Communicate allocation and shipping-related information to third-party vendors\n\t
  • Process ad-hoc and/or Convention orders as needed\n\t
  • Ongoing dialogue with vendors and business stakeholders through regular meetings, emails, calls, and formal notifications to determine and/or notify of requirements and schedule changes\n\t
  • Participate and provide feedback for vendor Business Review meetings, if applicable\n\t
  • Provide inventory collateral reports to stakeholders on a regular schedule as well as ad hoc\n

\nQualifications:\n
    \n\t
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)  \n\t
  • Pharmaceutical industry preferred (not required)\n\t
  • Experience in working with inventory/distribution vendors preferred (not required)\n\t
  • Veeva Vault experience preferred\n\t
  • Detail-oriented – thorough, organized, accurate, and productive\n\t
  • Strong written and communication skills\n\t
  • Ability to analyze data to determine if requirements are being followed and recommend process changes\n\t
  • Flexible and adaptable to change\n\t
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction\n\t
  • Self-motivated\n\t
  • Positive attitude\n\t
  • Collaborative and hands-on team player with a high customer focus\n\t
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite of products.\n
