Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality, client-centered support through individual and group counseling sessions. This remote role involves clinical assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and coordination of care to help individuals improve their emotional well-being and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as necessary
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic interventions in individual or group settings
• Facilitate referrals to external healthcare providers and community resources
• Perform crisis assessments and provide immediate, appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in New York
• 1–2 years of clinical experience
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload remotely
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
