Position: Insurance Agents (LOA Agents or W2 Workers)
Location: Independence Marketing Group, Houston, TX

Our ideal candidates are those who have their General Lines license for health insurance and any certifications like their FFM, AHIP, Etc. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with selecting appropriate health insurance plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Educate clients on available insurance options and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Must have a General Lines license for health insurance.
• Required certifications (if not currently held, must be willing to obtain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
