We're working with a client in Manchester, NH who's looking to bring on a Legal Assistant with experience in Personal Injury law . This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity supporting attorneys with case preparation, document management, and client communication in a fast-paced legal environment.

💵23-26/hr

Direct Hire | Full-Time

• Preparing legal documents such as motions, objections, and correspondence
• Assisting with discovery and managing case files
• Preparing medical evidence for trial and hearings
• Filing and serving legal documents in State and Federal courts (experience with e-filing required)
• Communicating with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel via phone and email
• Supporting attorneys with trial prep and hearing materials
• Requesting, reviewing, and organizing medical records
• Coordinating permanent impairment evaluations

• 1-3 years of law firm experience, preferably in personal injury, workers' comp, or social security disability
• Experience managing personal injury files and working with claims adjusters
• Knowledge of court rules, discovery deadlines, and trial prep processes
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and Filevine (experience scanning/maintaining electronic files is a plus)
• Team player who can also work independently
