Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid 3 days/Onsite)

As the IoT Roaming and Network Technologies Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring that roaming and network capabilities align with the strategic goals for IoT connectivity across various countries. Acting as a bridge between the IoT platform team and internal technology groups, your role includes defining, communicating, and overseeing the implementation of network and interface requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that requirements are accurately defined, clearly communicated, coordinated across stakeholders and correctly implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Technical Leadership
- Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of IoT roaming and network technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements
- Ensure seamless integration with mobile network interfaces such as provisioning, RADIUS, GX, GY, probe XDRs and offline CDRs.
- Ensure that backhaul services are scoped and delivered in a way that meets solution requirements and market expectations.
- Network capability management
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IoT specific functions and configurations in the mobile network.
- Ensure compatibility and sufficient performance of mobile network functions which are affected by the IoT subscribers
- Interface Management:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of interfaces to the mobile network.
- Ensure compatibility and sufficient performance of provisioning systems, RADIUS servers, GX/GY interfaces, and offline CDR processing and their integration to the BSS systems for IoT connectivity.
- Tool Development and Management:
- Identify, develop, and implement tools for controlling and monitoring of the IoT connections network services.
- Ensure tools are scalable and adaptable to future network service requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including network operations, IT, and business units.
- Collaborate in a team that gathers the IoT connectivity knowledge within the group.
- Communicate technical requirements and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of defined requirements
Skills and Qualifications :
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mobile network technologies, IoT, and related interfaces (provisioning, RADIUS, GX, GY, CDRs).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Project Management: Experience in managing large-scale technical projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and adapt strategies accordingly.
