Work closely in collaboration with manager of design, learning & performance strategists, senior instructional designer, subject matter experts (SMEs) and Development teams to create effective learning solutions designed to meet business needs and produce measurable results. Design and develop learning solutions that adhere to adult learning principles and quality standards and are driven by learning objectives tied to measurable business results. Incorporate interactive materials for a variety of delivery systems. Innovate new and responsive learning solutions to address emerging technologies, rapidly developing situations, and shifting learning populations for all facets of the company, including retail supermarkets, Leadership Development, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
