Location: Home2/TRU, Grove City, Ohio

Position: Engineering Team Member

Compensation: $18-$22 per hour based on experience

Job Summary

Join our housekeeping team to ensure our hotel meets the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will play a vital role in maintaining our facilities and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas, following hotel standards.

• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies.

• Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.

• Vacuum and dust rooms and corridors.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

• Ensure all equipment is functional and report any equipment malfunctions.

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.

• Maintain a clean and organized work cart.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow hotel and brand standards for cleanliness and guest service.

• Take care of all property equipment and supplies, ensuring proper use.

• Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by management.

• Uphold all hotel and state/federal safety policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage but not required.

• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

• Must be detail-oriented and have a strong commitment to quality.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.

• Routine lifting of 25 lbs to 50 lbs, with occasional lifting over 50 lbs.

• Must be able to perform tasks that require reaching, bending, and stooping.

Work Environment

• Work in a fast-paced setting with a moderate noise level.

• Ability to move around and collaborate with others in a small, confined space.

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
