Summary of Position

We are looking for a talented artist who can capture Charlie Hustle's brand through product design. From Kansas City-centric designs to curating the perfect t-shirt collection for a big-time university, this position is responsible for evoking happiness and making our product designs buy-worthy. This position is full-time, salary and will be eligible for all benefits.

Responsibilities include assisting the product team in:

• Liaising with the Product Manager on new designs and ideas.
• Undertaking relevant research and generating product design ideas.
• Drawing initial designs for approval according to requirements.
• Participate in design briefs with clients and/or team members.
• Ensure illustrations and designs meet quality, design, and approval standards.
• Stay up-to-date with new design techniques and software.
• Ensure designs are done to the best of abilities and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software.
• Drawing skills with an attention to detail (both by hand and digital pen).
• Experience designing for apparel decoration.
• Timeliness.
• Expert with Adobe Suite.
