Full Time Live-in Nanny - Westport CT $104,000 per year

Compensation : $2,000 weekly salary

Start Date : ASAP

Hours : Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM (with breaks during the day), totaling 60 hours per week

Accommodations: Private room and bathroom provided

Benefits : 2 weeks paid vacation, 2-4 sick personal days, major holidays

Seeking a full-time live-in nanny for a family with 2 children ages 8 months old and 2.5 years old. The ideal candidate is warm, active, and has a long-term career in childcare, with experience working in live-in roles and managing busy schedules. The ideal nanny should be independent, able to "be the boss" in the home, and have experience in a live-in role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Morning routine: Assist with breakfast, bottles, and preparing the children for the day
• Drive the 2.5 years old to school
• Engage in age-appropriate activities and developmental play
• Light housekeeping, including children's laundry and meal preparation
• School pick up at around noon and handle the afternoon routine, including nap time for both children

• Prepare dinner and assist with the evening routine before bedtime

Requirements :

• Must have a valid driver’s license (the family will provide a car for use)
• Must be a string swimmer, there is a pool at the home.
• Vaccinations: Flu and Tdap required (COVID vaccination optional)
• Previous live-in nanny experience, with long-term work history preferred
• Strong recent childcare experience with infants and toddlers
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to commit to long-term employment

• Provide 3-5 professional references

• Pool on property - must be a strong swimmer

• CPR/First Aid certification
