Fast Track Claims Adjuster Trainee Position
North American Risk Services is seeking a motivated Fast Track Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic team. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with at least 1 year of experience handling Commercial General Liability (CGL) claims who are looking to grow their skills in a supportive, training-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
· Manage a caseload of commercial general liability (PD & BI) claims from first notice to resolution
· Conduct thorough investigations including liability and negligence analysis
· Determine coverage, analyze damages, and negotiate settlements
· Communicate effectively with claimants, clients, and vendors
· Establish and maintain timely and accurate reserves
· Identify and refer potential subrogation or fraud cases
· Ensure compliance with state regulations, client handling guidelines, and NARS Best Practices
What We’re Looking For:
· Minimum 1 year of experience handling General Liability Claims (GLPD & GLBI), preferably in a Commercial setting
· Active Claims Adjuster License (Florida or other applicable jurisdiction)
· Willingness to obtain a NY 17-70 license (if not already held)
· Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
· Detail-oriented with excellent time management
· Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

In the spirit of pay transparency we are excited to share the base salary for the position of Fast Track Claims Adjuster is $45,000 -$50,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual performance raise if all guidelines are met. Your salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equality and consider internal equality of our current team members as a final part of any offer. Please keep in mind that range mentioned above is full base salary range for the role. Hiring at maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
