Job Description

Our client is seeking an Ethics and Compliance Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Ethics and Compliance Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Compliance department supporting the Ethics & Compliance team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Ethics and Compliance Administrative Assistant

Location: Austin, MN

Pay Range: $28/hr

Shift: Monday – Friday, 40hrs (standard work week – 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm)

What's the Job?

  • Support the administration of the Third-Party Risk Management process by proactively following up on supplier registration requests and ensuring timely completion.
  • Assist in various risk assessment processes by collecting necessary information from stakeholders to facilitate enhanced due diligence.
  • Support Compliance program initiatives to drive compliance awareness through executing campaigns and special projects.
  • Manage ethics and compliance email accounts, ensuring all communications are documented and follow-up actions are tracked.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a legal, compliance, or corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with compliance tools is a plus.
