Location: Flagstaff, AZ | Starting Pay: From $18.00/hr DOE + Full Benefits

What You'll Be Doing:
No two nights (or weekends!) are the same when youre part of the QC family. Youll be:

• Empowering individuals to achieve personal goals and milestones.

• Supporting independence , not just providing care.

• Cooking meals, creating routines, and celebrating victories big and small.

• Providing a safe, supportive environment (and maybe learning a new hobby or two along the way).

• Helping with medications, personal care, mobility, and transportation .

• Encouraging fun! outings, movies, shopping trips, walks, and more.

• Documenting successes and ensuring quality care every shift.

What Youll Need:

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

• Pass a State of AZ Department of Public Safety background check.

• (Preferred) Valid Arizona Drivers License help us keep people connected to their communities!

• A positive attitude, a big heart, and a strong commitment to making a difference.
