Job Description:

• As a Support Superhero, your mission is to provide unwavering support and assistance to individuals with diverse abilities.
• You'll be the guiding light in their lives, helping them achieve their goals and live their best lives every day.

Responsibilities:

• Be a friend, mentor, and advocate for our incredible clients.
• Assist with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, and personal care.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes independence.
• Foster connections and help clients engage in social activities.
• Celebrate victories, big and small, as you empower individuals to thrive.
• Provide person-centered, community inclusive support that helps a person develop and maintain essential and personally enriching life experiences.
• Dispense Medication - Certified to pass medications and perform specific medicinal treatments/cares according to individual need.
• Support the daily operations and needs of the program.
• Assist individuals in accessing transportation to meet their needs.

Qualifications:

• A heart full of compassion and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen with empathy.
• Patience, adaptability, and a sense of humor to brighten anyone's day.
• Willingness to learn and attend training to enhance your support superpowers.
• Highschool Diploma
• Ability to pass a MN DHS Background Study
• A valid driver's license for community outings. ( we supply the vehicle)

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid MN Driver's License with clear driving record
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a MN DHS Background Study
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
