Corporate Social Responsibility Program Coordinator Corporate Social Responsibility Associate This role supports the company’s Sustainability & Social Responsibility (SSR) initiatives, helping drive impact across charitable giving, social impact programs, and environmental stewardship. The associate will work closely with internal teams and nonprofit partners to administer giving programs, manage grants, and coordinate projects that strengthen community engagement and sustainability efforts. You’ll partner with internal teams and nonprofit organizations to ensure programs are efficiently managed, compliant, and aligned with company values. Key Responsibilities Administer charitable giving programs, including reviewing and approving matching gift requests and managing nonprofit partnerships Support local volunteer initiatives, grant programs, and community engagement activities Assist in the management of social impact initiatives related to youth, small businesses, and financial education Coordinate sustainability reporting efforts, data collection, and compliance documentation Prepare meeting materials and maintain dashboards to track participation and impact metrics Contribute to special projects and provide general administrative support for the SSR team Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Environmental Studies, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Background in philanthropy, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility preferred Additional Requirements This opportunity is located in Los Angeles, CA and requires hybrid work. The pay for this W‑2 position ranges from $35.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, dental insurance, and 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked.
