Machine Operator with CNC Experience! Direct Hire
1st Shift Weekends (work 36 hours & get paid for 40)

Our client, an industry leader in industrial heat treatment services, is seeking a Machine Operator with CNC Experience to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: De Pere, WI

Pay Range: $58000 - $60000

Shift: Weekend Shift – Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

Maintain and operate CNC production machines to ensure efficient manufacturing processes
Measure and inspect parts for quality and conformity to specifications
Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions or deviations in machine operation
Restart or adjust equipment after power outages or interruptions
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What's Needed?

Experience with CNC machining or related manufacturing equipment
Ability to quickly learn and understand production machinery
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent
