Lutheran Classical Academy and St. John's Lutheran Church is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team and support the daily operations of both our church and school ministries. This is a vital role that helps ensure smooth communication, organization, and hospitality within our church/school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage front office reception
• Maintain church and school calendars, records, and files
• Prepare weekly bulletins, newsletters, and school communications
• Assist with scheduling meetings, events, and facility usage
• Handle basic bookkeeping and data entry
• Coordinate with pastors, headmaster, teachers, volunteers, parents, and members
• Maintain confidentiality and a welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a heart for ministry
• Previous administrative or secretarial experience preferred
