About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a pivotal role with a focus on strategic support, project management, and communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and enhancing the CEO's operational effectiveness, leading the design and execution of strategic initiatives, and ensuring the CEO is prepared for decision-making. This high-profile position requires the ability to operate with integrity, demonstrate sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in representing the CEO, both internally and externally, and must be adept at building networks and partnerships. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include strategic planning and execution, CEO enablement and communication, operational and financial oversight, executive team coordination, stakeholder and crisis management, and organizational performance and culture. The role demands a candidate with extensive experience in engineering and law or similar disciplines, a strategic mindset, and the ability to apply analytical rigor to solve complex problems. Experience in a fast-moving tech organization, particularly in the Web3 ecosystem, and knowledge of AI and crypto/programmable economies are highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with advanced degrees preferred, and at least 8-10 years' experience in a high-performance environment, including proven experience supporting C-level executives.
