About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to support its exciting phase of growth. The successful candidate will be an experienced, entrepreneurial builder with a strong background in startups, tech, financial services, or consulting. As the Chief of Staff, you will have a pivotal role in supporting the company's portfolio, acting as an internal resource to advise on strategic, operational, and financial matters. This includes being the point person in fundraising activities and other processes, and actively engaging with founders and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will be instrumental in managing the company's growth, including fundraising and recruitment, and will serve as the organizational glue, interfacing with the CEO, investment team, and various other key individuals. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff position at the company will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years' of relevant experience. Key qualifications include being skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis, as well as having a strong project management background. The role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a builder mentality, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships. A passion for tech and startups, along with some knowledge of the tech ecosystem, is also essential. The Chief of Staff will be expected to enable strategic initiatives, instill data-driven rigor, and drive processes to achieve the company's growth and success.
