About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join its mission of restoring trust and transparency on the internet. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and the leadership team, acting as a force multiplier and enabling the execution of critical initiatives. This role is highly dynamic and involves a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to, owning the CEO's calendar, providing fast-turnaround data analysis, recruiting top-tier talent, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and managing various operational tasks. The ideal candidate is a doer, a self-starter, and has a "no job is too small" attitude, with extremely high standards of personal integrity and a collaborative mindset. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should be technically savvy, with a strong background in fast-paced, high-velocity environments. Experience in banking, consulting, startups, or similar settings is highly valued. The role requires a candidate who is comfortable with ambiguity, can execute fast, and is eager to learn and adapt. A key aspect of the role is the ability to work independently, while also being a team player who can prioritize the needs of others. The Chief of Staff will be part of a team that includes the co-founders and the VP of Operations, all of whom have a strong background in technology and a passion for the company's mission.
