About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in its mission to create a new paradigm of customer loyalty that directly benefits high-impact nonprofits. This strategic and execution-heavy position is designed for an individual who can act as a force multiplier for the CEO and executive team, driving clarity, alignment, and execution to support the company's rapid growth and mission. The successful candidate will be at the center of decision-making and operations, working closely with the leadership team to define and meet company objectives, and serving as a central point of coordination across various departments to ensure effective communication and accountability. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should be adept at problem-solving, highly organized, and comfortable in a dynamic, multi-faceted environment. The role requires a minimum of 5 years' of relevant experience, with a background that may include startup, consulting, strategy, or operations work. Key skills include excellent strategic thinking, strong project and stakeholder management, exceptional communication, high emotional intelligence, and a bias toward execution with a mission-driven mindset. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for supporting the CEO in various capacities, including decision-making, communication, and special projects that are critical to the company's growth.
