We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Consultant to support operations at the account level for a major client in the financial services industry . This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance tracking, and data-driven decision-making across project teams.
Note: you will be on client site in and around the Charlotte area.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Client Onboarding Support:
Facilitate and manage onboarding processes into client systems, ensuring all necessary data, access, and documentation are properly handled. - Operational Support at Account Level:
Partner with account leaders to maintain visibility into team composition, roles, and responsibilities across all active projects. - Compliance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor adherence to regulatory and client-specific compliance requirements; generate timely reports and flag areas for attention. - Project Coordination:
Act as liaison between project teams and leadership to gather status updates, track milestones, and ensure visibility into resourcing and deliverables. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect and analyze project data to support forecasting, performance monitoring, and strategic planning.
Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools). - Workforce Tracking:
Maintain a real-time record of all team members on the account, their roles, locations, project involvement, and deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS - 3–5 years in an operations, business consulting, or project coordination role
- Experience within the financial services industry is required
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, data tracking tools, and reporting platforms
- Familiarity with client systems and onboarding processes
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organized; able to track multiple data streams and project statuses simultaneously
Preferred Skills: - Experience with compliance and regulatory reporting
- Background in enterprise client delivery or large consulting environments
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $45,864 to $101,520. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
