Aesthetic Injector – PRN (Commission-Based)

Location: Ageless Vitality Center – Tampa, FL
Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: Commission-based up to 35% per every procedure with tiered incentives and supply coverage

Earning potential exceeds the competitors over $100/hour depending on procedure.

Our offerings include neurotoxins, dermal fillers, regenerative therapies (PRP, exosomes), microneedling, and body contouring. We are now expanding our team with a skilled injector who is passionate about aesthetics and professionalism.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed PRN Aesthetic Injector to join our team on a flexible, commission-based schedule. You will perform aesthetic treatments including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, microneedling with PRP or exosomes, and other regenerative therapies. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced injector who enjoys flexibility, is passionate about aesthetics, and has a loyal client base or is looking to grow one.

What You’ll Do:

• Administer injectables (Botox, Dysport, fillers, PRP, Sculptra, exosomes, etc.)

• Perform microneedling for facial rejuvenation and hair restoration

• Educate patients on treatment options and post-care

• Take and document before/after photos and consents in the EMR (Optimantra)

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper documentation of every procedure

• Promote services through social media and word-of-mouth (if desired)

• Help maintain a positive, professional, and luxurious clinic environment

Requirements:

• Active Florida license as an NP, PA, MD, or DO with a scope of practice including injectables

• Minimum 1 year of aesthetic injection experience preferred

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn PRP, exosomes, and regenerative therapies

• Malpractice insurance with appropriate coverage required (Clinic listed as additional insured)

• Strong documentation skills and EMR proficiency

• Flexible availability – PRN/as-needed (weekends encouraged)

• Professional appearance, integrity, and excellent patient rapport
