We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team!

Duties include:

  • Mange all phone calls and email communications to shared office email.
  • Provide customer service to residents and other visitors to the management office, including brokers, attorneys, etc.

Meet all new residents for the purpose of onboarding them at the property which includes:

  • Issuance of Welcome Package
  • Resident FID
  • Building Link
  • Emergency Contact
  • ClipPay Instructions
  • Coordinate deliveries, moves and minor repairs; secure necessary documentation (e.g. insurance certs).
  • Reviewing the insurance certificates for Homeowners and Renters insurance for residents and vendor indemnification agreements.
  • Communicate with residents on issues such as monthly payment queries, repair requests, etc.
  • Processing maintenance and common charge checks that are received in the management office.
  • Maintain waitlists concerning storage, bike room, etc.
  • Generally handling administrative tasks assigned by management.
  • This includes some but not limited to all of the duties required.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Detail oriented
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organized.
  • Solid computer skills. Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager, and BuildingLink software
  • Salary Range: $50k - $55k
